Congratulations to our Teacher of the Year!

Many of the end-of-year recognition programs and awards have taken on a different look in the midst of this current pandemic. One such award is the building Teacher of the Year award. Our Harris-Jackson family was not able to come together and recognize Mrs. Julie Hughey, kindergarten teacher and Harris-Jackson's Teacher of the Year. The H-J Social Committee still managed to find a way to highlight this great accomplishment. The Social Committee surprised Mrs. Hughey with a "front door surprise." She arrived home one evening to find notes of support on her front door, in addition to a beautiful potted plant and other gifts! 

Congratulations once again go out to Mrs. Hughey!
