Celebrating Scholars of the Month
Posted on 12/30/2019
Every month, Harris-Jackson students learn about important Soft Skills that will prepare them for college, careers, the armed forces and life in general. For the month of November, we shared morning announcements, classroom lessons and student activities all about the importance of being a "Contributor to Society." We looked for students who do things to make their school, home and/or communities better.

On Friday, December 6th, we held our Scholar of the Month Recognition Program to celebrate our CONTRIBUTORS TO SOCIETY. Those students recognized included: (Kindergarteners) Isabella Evans, Sonika Khatri, Nick Rai, Kylie Thompson, Yazan Alhamad, Arvina Neopaney; (1st Graders) Arnav Budathoki, Nicholas Tran, Ramila Chhetri, Sohan Khatri, Nathan Po; (2nd Graders) Pranisha Rai, Jovana Jovanovic, Lareesha Khabatari, Leah Zuluf; (3rd Graders) Arelys Bhujel, Mason Dorsey, Jonathan Tran; (4th Graders) Maximus Ake-Grether, Skyla San Agustin, Samantha Dampier, Xavier Mills ; (5th Graders) Preston Ake-Grether, Naseeba Watak, Amit Limbu.
