A Night for Family Engagement

Families were encouraged to come to Harris-Jackson for a couple great reasons on Thursday, December 5th. We held our Interim Pick-up Night, giving families opportunities to check up on the progress of their students for the second quarter of the school year. Families were then encouraged to join us for a nice dinner and Math Night. Families participated in activities where they could practice math skills in a fun way. They also were able to pick up some tricks for helping their children learn math while at home.

Mr. Bailey and Mrs. Paul from Project Learn of Summit County were also in attendance to talk with families about opportunities for those learning English as a second language.
