Our friends from Coke (Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated) plays a special role in welcoming students new to Harris-Jackson throughout the school year. Coke donated drawstring backpacks stuffed with supplies for students in need. This is a special resource for our school community because many times throughout the school year we welcome students from refugee camps and other places overseas. Regardless of where in the world, country, state or city our Harris-Jackson students come from, it’s great to be able to offer them one less thing to worry about as they transition to a new school community. In addition, Coke also donated many supplies that could be used by the staff as well.
